2025 Annual Conference

The Insurance Council of Australia’s 2025 Annual Conference returns this year on Thursday, 9 and Friday, 10 October 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Sydney.

Bringing together industry leaders, regulators, policymakers and commentators from the international and domestic insurance industry, the ICA’s conference will take a deep dive into the key opportunities and challenges facing our sector — all through the lens of this year’s theme, Futureproofing Australia: Innovation, resilience, and leadership in a risky world.

Event format

Building on the success of last year's format, the conference will feature main plenary sessions open to all attendees in the morning, with the afternoon dedicated to breakout sessions.

This structure allows participants to choose the sessions most relevant to them, with breakout sessions made at the time of ticket purchase.

Due to demand, we’re excited to let you know that the ICA’s Annual Conference will this year run over to a second day with main plenaries and dynamic Q&A.

As breakout session places are limited, early registration is recommended to secure your preferred sessions.
